This award honors contractors delivering safe, timely and cost-effective solutions while maintaining the highest standards of quality and operational control.

Nomination Process, Deadlines & Recognition
Nomination Process
All award nominations follow a structured three-stage process:
Submission
Nominations must be submitted through the official STOT Saudi Awards entry form. Required details include nominee information, category selection and supporting justification. A recommender may be referenced where applicable.
Evaluation
All submissions are reviewed by the Awards Committee against the stated criteria for each category. Evaluation is based on demonstrated performance, measurable impact, leadership and industry contribution relevant to the award.
Recognition
Selected recipients will be formally recognized during the STOT Saudi Awards Ceremony, held as part of the conference program.
Award Recognition
Award recipients will be acknowledged before a regional audience of industry leaders, turnaround professionals, contractors and decision-makers. Recognition at STOT Saudi affirms measurable contribution to turnaround, shutdown and inspection excellence within Saudi Arabia’s industrial sector.
