Registration Guidelines
All delegate registrations are subject to Energia Middle East’s standard terms and conditions. Attendance is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Registration without payment does not guarantee a confirmed place and may be cancelled.

Payment
• Full payment is due at the time of registration
• Fees include conference materials, lunches and refreshments
• Payment prior to the conference is mandatory for attendance
• Registrations received within ten (10) working days of the conference require a credit card to secure the booking
• A US$100 processing charge applies to registrations not accompanied by credit card payment at the time of registration
• All bank and transaction charges must be borne by the payer to ensure Energia Middle East receives the full invoiced amount
Discounts
Early Bird rates apply only if payment is made at the time of registration and before the stated cut-off date.
All other discounts, including team discounts, require full payment at the time of registration.
Discounts cannot be combined with any other offer.
Cancellation, Substitution and Postponement
Delegate substitutions are permitted at any time with reasonable advance written notice.
Cancellations received in writing at least eight (8) days before the conference will receive a 90% credit valid for another Energia Middle East event within one year of issuance. A 10% administration fee will be retained.
No credit will be issued for cancellations received within seven (7) days (inclusive) of the conference.
If Energia Middle East cancels the event, a credit of 100% of the contract fee paid will be issued for use at another Energia Middle East event within one year, subject to mutual agreement.
If the event is postponed and a delegate is unable or unwilling to attend on the rescheduled date, a 100% credit will be issued for use at another Energia Middle East event within one year.
Except as stated above, no credits or refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Energia Middle East assumes no liability for loss or damage arising from substitution, alteration, cancellation or postponement of the event. No liability shall attach in cases of war, fire, labor strike, extreme weather, Act of God or any unforeseen circumstance rendering the event impracticable, illegal or impossible.
Programme Changes
Speakers and topics are confirmed at time of publication. Energia Middle East reserves the right to substitute or modify speakers and topics where necessary. Updates will be reflected on the official website.
